Shipping policy.

At Wild Fox Rituals, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Below are the details of our shipping policies:

  • We offer a couple of shipping methods to ensure that your order reaches you in the most efficient way possible. We use different carriers depending on the best available rate, these include but are not limited to Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, ICS. Please note Shipping to a P.O. Box is not always possible. If you only have a P.O. Box available, please contact us directly and we will work with you. Available shipping methods include:

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 business days.

    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2 to 6 business days.

  • Canada

    • Standard Shipping: Flat rate $15 CAD

    • Expedited Shipping: Flat rate $20 CAD

    United States

    • Standard Shipping: Flat rate $20 CAD

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. This offer applies to Canada only and is automatically applied at checkout.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • We currently only ship within Canada and the United States. If you live outside of these areas and are interested in our products please email us at info@wildfoxrituals.ca

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on the carrier’s website using this tracking number. Please note that occasionally carriers will encounter weather delays or other delays that are out of our control. 

  • Wholesale shipping will be quoted on a case by case basis depending on location, order weight and size. We offer free local delivery for wholesale orders over $150. This is limited to Calgary, Okotoks and Chestermere. 

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at info@wildfoxrituals.ca. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your order is replaced or refunded.
