At Wild Fox Rituals, we are committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we offer a return policy to give you peace of mind.

We accept returns for shave cream products under the following conditions:
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The return request must be made within 5 days from the date of delivery.
• We cannot accept returns for products that have been used or opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
• Contact our customer service team at info@wildfoxrituals.ca within 5 days of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
• Our team will guide you through the return process. Shipping costs related to the return is the responsibility of the customer unless it is due to a damaged or broken product.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 1 to 2 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
